Our Services

M.O.V.E. Fitness offers a variety of services for women and businesses.

At M.O.V.E. Fitness for her I offer private training sessions in a comfortable environment that allows for teaching of proper techniques, while providing you tools so you can be successful outside the gym. Women are not small men, so we should not train like men.

 

At M.O.V.E. Corporate, I provide essential movements to help keep the sedentary individual mobile and healthy. Our repetitive daily movements (or lack of movement) can cause our bodies to age faster. With my 45 minute program individuals can start to move and get their blood flowing directly from their workspace.
